Robert Charvat grew up in Mid-Michigan and has spent his entire career building and remodeling homes in the communities he calls home. He started Charvat Construction & Remodeling with a straightforward goal: do the work right, treat people fairly, and build something you're proud to put your name on.
As the owner and operator, Robert is hands-on from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. He's not managing from an office — he's on your job site, answering your calls, and making sure the work meets the standard he's built his reputation on.
When he's not on a job, you'll find him at a local game, a school event, or helping out a neighbor. This community isn't just where he works — it's where he lives, raises his family, and plans to stay.
I started this company because I believed homeowners deserved better — a contractor who shows up, tells the truth, and does the work right the first time.
